Sr.HR & Operations Manager

Required skills and qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR \& Operations
• Experience in healthcare- hospitals, cosmetology,clinics will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong knowledge inMS Office.
• MBA in HR or MarketingResponsibilities
• Overall coordination of the entire activities and operations of the clinic
• Staff coordination.To ensure all staff members are following company protocols strictly(timing,uniform,code of conduct etc)
• Talent acquisition
• Timely coordination with maintenance teams for the clinic as and when required
• Supervise CRE required randomly to check the quality of calls made CREs as well.
• Client satisfaction is to be kneely observed and follow up on the same is to be done
• Every 15 days target achievable should be reviewed and checked and report to top management.
• Daily meetings to be held with staff members
• Assist in Payroll processing

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
