Job Responsibilities Of SENIOR EXECUTIVE

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.

Job Responsililities Of ASSISTANT BRANCH MANGER

• Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales and business targets.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Generate new business through customer acquisition and market development.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Assist in branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and monitor sales reports and performance updates.
• Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
