Job Description

Manage a Sales team

Identifying and following potential customers or client through various channels

Understand customer needs and provide solutions to address those needs.

Conduct sales presentations and clearly communicate product information to potential customers.

Build and Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Stay up-to-date on product or service features, benefits and competitive advantages.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions.

Address customer inquiries, concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationship.

Collaborate with marketing, and Service team to ensure a coordinated approach to sales efforts.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Stay informed about changes in the industry, product and Market conditions.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Work Location

All Kerala \& All India

Attractive fixed salary + Travel allowance + Food allowance + Accommodation, EPF, Bonus etc will be provided.

Qualification

+ 2, Diploma, Graduates, PG

₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
