Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Monitor and manage leads throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Create and execute customer engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Develop and manage email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other customer communication campaigns.
• Segment customers based on demographics, behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular CRM reports.
• Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve retention and sales.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve the customer experience.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate, updated, and properly organized.
• Set up and monitor CRM workflows, automations, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain dashboards and key CRM performance metrics.
• Ensure customer communications follow company policies and applicable data-privacy requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of email marketing and campaign management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with customer data and identify actionable insights.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
