Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock movement, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Manage warehouse manpower and allocate daily tasks to the team.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure proper documentation for GRN, dispatch, stock transfer, and returns.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and material handling.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to inventory and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
• Identify stock discrepancies, damages, and losses and take corrective action.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, BBA, or a related field will be preferred.
• Diploma/Certification in Warehouse Management or Logistics will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, WMS/ERP, inventory management, and MIS reporting.

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in team handling and end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Candidates with experience in Kochi, Bangalore, Haryana \& Meerut will be preferred.
