Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and drive client acquisition, lead conversion, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective clients for residential and commercial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable MAAD Concepts solutions and services.
• Manage incoming enquiries, lead follow-ups, meetings, and client communications.
• Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client communication.
• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Experience in architecture, construction, interiors, real estate, or related industries will be an advantage.
