We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical Consultant for our client, a leading retail chain group, to design, develop, customize, and implement robust D365 Commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions
• Work extensively on Commerce Runtime (CRT), Retail Server, POS Extensions, Hardware Station \& CSU
• Configure and customize MPOS, CPOS \& Store Commerce
• Build integrations using APIs, Azure Services and middleware
• Develop workflows, services and business logic
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders
• Handle code reviews, debugging, performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Support deployments, release management and production issues
• Prepare technical design and solution documentation
• Follow Microsoft coding, security and development best practices

Must-Have Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Dynamics 365 Retail Development
• Commerce Runtime (CRT)
• Retail Server Extensions
• POS Extensions – MPOS / CPOS / Store Commerce
• Hardware Station Development
• Commerce Scale Unit (CSU)
• Azure Functions
• D365 Commerce architecture, Channel Database \& Data Synchronization
• ERP, Payment Gateway, Loyalty \& Third-Party Integrations
• Git \& CI/CD Pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Preferred
• Jewellery domain knowledge
• Experience working on Retail projects
• Malayalam understanding preferred
