Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing of solar materials, electrical equipment, and other company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Projects, Accounts, and Sales departments.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Monitor stock requirements and avoid material shortages.
• Verify purchase invoices and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor details.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Any Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of solar and electrical materials is an added advantage.
