Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and manpower.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Monitor machine operations and production processes.
• Ensure quality and minimize material wastage.
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain production and shift reports.
• Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor.
• Handle and guide production operators and workers.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in production.
• Experience in Steel Processing / Steel Plant / Manufacturing is preferred.
• Good manpower handling and communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifts,

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
