Qualification \& Requirements – Content Creator \& Marketing

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Marketing, Media, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in fashion content creation / social media marketing is an advantage, but passionate freshers with strong creative skills are welcome.
• Fashion Knowledge: Must have a good sense of fashion trends, styling, and aesthetics. Ability to create engaging and fashion-forward content that aligns with the boutique’s brand identity.
• Skills Required
• Strong command over English (spoken \& written).
• Creative content creation – reels, stories, photoshoots, captions, and campaigns.
• Social Media Marketing – Instagram, Facebook, and other fashion-friendly platforms.
• Knowledge of basic editing tools, Canva, or video editing apps.
• Good communication \& collaboration skills.
• Growth \& Performance: Salary and incentives will be directly proportional to performance, creativity, and business growth.
