HR Head- people and culture

Job Description ::The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the IT or BPO industry and possess the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's People \& Culture strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning \& Development, Compensation \& Benefits, and HR Operations.
• Build and nurture a strong organizational culture that reflects the company's values and growth aspirations.
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop talent strategies.
• Establish scalable HR processes and frameworks to support business growth.
• Drive leadership hiring and succession planning initiatives.
• Design and implement employee retention and recognition programs.
• Create and execute performance management and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling effectively.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably within the IT Services or BPO industry.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or HR Head role.
• Strong understanding of modern HR practices, talent management, and organizational development.
• Experience managing large and diverse teams is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence leadership teams and drive organizational change.

Pay

₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
