AUDITING /PAYROLL/OPERATION / EXECUTIVE

EXPERIENCE :1 TO 5 YRS -25000

LOCATION : GANAPATHY,CBE.

• Payroll Management – Prepare and verify monthly payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, PF, ESI, and other salary-related records.
• Attendance \& Biometric Audit – Monitor attendance, biometric punches, late marks, absences, and ensure accurate attendance records.
• IVF Billing Audit – Verify patient billing, treatment packages, discounts, refunds, receipts, and payment records for accuracy.
• Operational Audit – Review day-to-day hospital operations and ensure compliance with established procedures and management guidelines.
• Revenue \& Collection Monitoring – Track daily collections, outstanding payments, deposits, and reconcile records with accounts.
• Patient File \& Documentation Audit – Check patient records, treatment documentation, consent forms, and billing documents for completeness.
• MIS \& Reporting – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to payroll, operations, billing, collections, and audit findings.
• Process Compliance – Ensure departments follow hospital policies, SOPs, internal controls, and operational standards.
• Coordination with Departments – Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Doctors, Nursing, Front Office, Billing, and Management to resolve operational and payroll issues.
• Issue Identification \& Corrective Action – Identify discrepancies, prepare audit observations, follow up on corrective actions, and report important issues to management.
