Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, and managing workforce safety and execution, and ensuring all civil works strictly align with engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily civil construction activities, contractors, and site laborers to maintain steady workflow and project timelines.
• Blueprint \& Execution Check: Read structural and civil drawings to ensure execution happens accurately on the ground.
• Quality \& Material Tracking: Inspect incoming raw materials, verify construction quality, and monitor material usage to minimise wastage.
• Safety \& Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance, and a safe working environment.
• Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), log attendance, and regularly report site updates to the Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
