Graduate Trainee Engineer - Civil / Mechanical Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented BE, Tech - Civil / Mechanical freshers to join our Structural Steel Detailing team.

Selected candidates will get opportunity to work in international standards, estimation processes, and industry-standard detailing Software

Career Progression

• Initial 6 months : Working in the Estimation department to understand project scope, quantities, and fundamentals of steel detailing
• Based on performance, candidates will be moved to Steel Detailer / Modeler / Checker roles within the detailing team
• Comprehensive exposure to international standards and real-time project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn structural steel detailing workflows as per AISC / OSHA / IS standards
• Assist in preparation of 3D models, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings using detailing software
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately
• Coordinate with senior modelers and checkers to maintain quality and accuracy
• Participate in internal reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• BE / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Freshers only)
• Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals and drawings
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (Tekla / SDS2 awareness is an advantage, Not mandatory)
• Strong analytical thinking and visualization skills
• Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn new tools and standards.

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
