Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their jewellery preferences, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a memorable in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery.
• Demonstrate product features, designs, and benefits with confidence.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately.
• Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the showroom.
• Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and merchandising.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service requirements professionally.
• Stay updated on product collections, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
