E-commerce Executive, Tiruppur, TN

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher to join our team as an E-commerce Executive. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and optimizing our online sales platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

o List, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).

o Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Order Processing

o Monitor and process online orders efficiently.

o Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Customer Support

o Address customer queries and complaints via email, chat, or phone.

o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis

o Track sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports.

o Provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Marketing Support

o Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media).

o Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions.

Inventory Management

o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stockouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
