The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of the business. This role requires a professional, friendly, and confident communicator who can handle customer inquiries with ease and accuracy. You will manage customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional and helpful tone.
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar updates.
• Accurately enter and update customer data in various CRM systems.
• Provide regular reports on customer interactions and task completion.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must have a clear, easy-to-understand accent and a steady, conversational pace.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (CSR, Support, or Admin).
• Professionalism: A confident and empathetic approach to customer service.
• Remote Setup: A quiet, distraction-free home office and high-speed, reliable internet.
