Backend Staff – Job Summary Main Work: Tenant और property data update करना Rent, deposit और payment records maintain करना New joining और vacating entries handle करना Tenant complaints receive करके concerned staff को assign करना Pending complaints और payments का follow-up करना Excel / Google Sheets में daily data maintain करना Tenant documents और agreements का record रखना Caretaker, technician और field staff से coordination करना Daily reports और management updates तैयार करना WhatsApp और tenant communication handle करना Maid attendance/payment records maintain करना Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge Excel / Google Sheets Good communication Accurate data entry Good follow-up skills Responsible और organised होना Experience: 0–2 years preferred; freshers can apply.
