Construction / Site Supervisor

Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site. Ensure construction works are executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, masons, labourers, vendors, and consultants. Plan and monitor daily and weekly work schedules to achieve project targets. Check the quality, dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship of construction activities. Monitor manpower deployment and labour productivity at the site. Prepare material requirements in advance and coordinate timely material delivery to the site. Check materials received at the site for quantity, quality, and specifications. Monitor material usage and minimize unnecessary wastage. Take measurements of completed works and verify contractor/vendor work before payment processing. Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, material records, and measurement details. Identify and report technical issues, delays, material shortages, and other site-related problems to management. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and management for technical clarifications and approvals. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline at the construction site. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure defects or incomplete works are rectified. Assist in final inspection, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
