About this job
Manage customer onboarding and ongoing support. Act as the primary contact for customer queries and concerns. Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution. Track orders and ensure smooth delivery to customers. Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and identify growth opportunities QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. EXPERIENCE: 0–2 years in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
