Social Media Manager

About the RoleShievon is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to lead and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, short-form video, trends, audience engagement, and social media analytics. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Shievon’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Create and manage monthly content calendars. Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, hashtags, and platform updates. Develop engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and brand-focused content. Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and internal teams for content production. Manage daily community engagement, including comments and messages. Track and analyze social media performance, reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions. Prepare regular social media performance reports and use insights to improve content strategy. Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and promotional activities. Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for brand growth. Maintain consistency in Shievon’s brand voice, visual identity, and communication.
