Job Description

Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive / Content Creator to manage social media activities, create engaging content, and strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Develop ideas for reels, posts, carousels, stories, captions, and short-form videos.

Manage and maintain social media accounts and content calendars.

Write creative and engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy.

Research current social media trends, topics, hashtags, and content formats.

Plan and execute regular social media content.

Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, and overall content performance.

Assist in developing creative campaigns and promotional content.

Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content requirements.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

0–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Freshers with strong content creation skills are welcome to apply.

Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.

Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary will depend on experience and skills.
