Internship HR Intern

We are hiring an energetic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience across the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and managing joining formalities.

Freshers and recent graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in HR recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Source active and passive candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and database searches.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure high attendance and smooth onboarding.

Update daily recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Assist senior recruiters with documentation, offer rollouts, and weekly hiring reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Final-year student (BBA, MBA-HR, B.Com, or any discipline).

Strong verbal and written communication skills with good phone etiquette.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and online job boards.

Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and organizational abilities.

Prior internship experience in HR or tele-calling is a plus, but not required.
