Job Summary

We are looking for a Production & Quality Supervisor (Fresher) to assist in supervising production activities and maintaining quality standards during the manufacturing process. The candidate will work closely with the Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth production, proper inspection, and timely completion of work as per required specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in supervising day-to-day production activities related to the fabrication and manufacturing of High Mast structures.

Monitor production processes, workmanship, welding, fabrication, and finishing to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Conduct basic quality inspections of raw materials, components, semi-finished, and finished High Mast products.

Identify and report production or quality issues and coordinate with senior team members for necessary corrective actions.

Maintain production and quality records, inspection reports, checklists, and assist in ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Required Skills

Educational Qualification

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Basic knowledge of mechanical production, fabrication, welding, and quality inspection.

Ability to understand basic engineering drawings, dimensions, and measurements.

Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, Micrometer, etc.

Good observation, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing/factory environment and learn production and quality control processes.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
