We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive & Data Entry Operator to join our team. This position is suitable for freshers who are interested in building a career in accounting, office administration, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update accounting and financial records.

Enter invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial data accurately.

Perform day-to-day data entry and documentation work.

Assist with bank reconciliation and basic accounting activities.

Maintain proper records of documents and transactions.

Assist senior accounts team members with routine accounting tasks.

Prepare Excel reports and maintain spreadsheets.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.

Perform other general office and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Graduate in B.Com / B.A

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.

Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime will be an added advantage.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
