Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop clear, engaging, and audience-focused content for digital channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and website pages.

Assist in planning, creating, and posting content across social media channels; monitor and respond to engagement.

Conduct research on current trends, software industry insights, and competitor content to help refine our strategy.

Craft narratives that communicate complex software concepts in an accessible way, appealing to our target audience.

Proofread and edit content for consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand tone.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English/ any other related Education

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English is a plus

Basic understanding of content marketing, digital media, and social media trends.

Familiarity with the software or technology sector is a plus but not mandatory.

Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
