As part of its expansion, the company is strengthening its Production Planning & Control Department at its Bhosari, Pune location.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive to support production planning, production monitoring, material coordination and planning-related documentation for smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans.

Track production status and update planning reports.

Coordinate with Production, Stores and Purchase teams.

Monitor inventory levels and material requirements.

Update ERP data and maintain planning records.

Follow up on material shortages and production bottlenecks.

Prepare production-related MIS reports.

Support dispatch planning and order tracking.

Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation.

Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of production planning and scheduling.

Exposure to ERP/MRP systems.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Analytical approach and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in defence, aerospace, engineering, fabrication, machining or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.
