Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive with 1–3 years of experience in an Automotive / Auto-Component / Manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, inventory control, GRN, material issuing, stock verification, ERP/SAP updates, and store documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily store and inventory operations.

Receive, verify, store, and issue materials as per requirements.

Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Receipt & Issue documents.

Update inventory and stock records in ERP/SAP.

Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability.

Conduct physical stock verification and maintain accurate records.

Ensure proper material identification, storage, and location management.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality teams.

Maintain proper store documentation and inventory records.

Mandatory Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management.

Automotive / Auto-Component / Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Hands-on knowledge of GRN, Material Receipt, Material Issue, and Stock Verification.

Working knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.

Good understanding of inventory control and material handling.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Education

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in a relevant field.

Candidates with relevant Automotive Stores experience will be preferred.
