About the Role

KPAC Marketing is looking for a proactive and confident Part-Time Sales Associate who can help us generate new business, follow up with prospects, convert leads into clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.

Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Lead Generation and Branding.

Conduct outbound prospecting and identify potential businesses that may require digital marketing services.

Schedule meetings with interested prospects and coordinate with the internal team for proposals and quotations.

Regularly follow up with prospects and work towards converting qualified opportunities into paying clients.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals and conversions.

Follow up with existing clients to understand their feedback, requirements and satisfaction levels.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations team regarding client requirements and sales opportunities.

Participate in two short daily team meetings

Morning meeting – Planning leads, follow-ups and sales activities for the day.Evening meeting – Reviewing activities, responses, meetings, conversions and next steps.Compensation & IncentivesFixed Pay: ₹7,500 per monthSales Incentive: ₹1,000 for every successful new client conversion.Client Engagement Incentive: ₹500 per month for every active client managed through regular follow-ups, feedback collection and internal coordination.Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.

Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.

Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling or digital marketing sales will be an advantage.

Ability to independently manage leads and consistently follow up with prospects.

Must have a laptop, stable internet connection and a suitable calling setup.
