We are hiring a GTM Engineer to help build the AI-powered operating systems, workflows, and tools behind Edwin AI's growth.

This is a hands-on builder role at the intersection of AI, business operations, data, and technology. You will help build the operating system behind Edwin's next phase of growth, using AI, automation, data, and rapid prototyping to rethink how work gets done.

You will work across Edwin with business and technical partners to identify high-value operational problems and turn them into AI-powered workflows, automations, tools, and systems that make teams more effective and help the business move faster.

The role will have a particular focus on GTM, partnering with GTM leaders to turn emerging opportunities, business needs, and new GTM ideas into practical, repeatable solutions while also tackling high-value operational problems across Edwin. The opportunity goes beyond automating existing processes: we want to rethink how work gets done in an AI-first organization.

The role will involve building AI workflows that eliminate repetitive processes, connecting systems and data to power automated solutions, prototyping new operating models, and creating lightweight tools that help teams work faster and more effectively.

The right person is comfortable moving from an ambiguous business problem to something tangible quickly. You can understand the desired outcome, work with data and systems, build the solution, measure the impact, and iterate.

Build solutions that turn fragmented information into useful context, insights, and actions for teams.

Rapid prototypes: Use SQL, Python, APIs, scripts, AI-assisted development tools, and lightweight applications to quickly turn business needs into working solutions.

What You'll Need

5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, business systems, data or analytics engineering, operations engineering, product operations, business operations, or a similarly technical and business-facing role.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across technical and business teams.
