Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Chat, Voice, and Blended processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice calls, chat, or both depending on the assigned process.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.

Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and process guidelines.

Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.

Follow company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Achieve defined productivity, quality, CSAT, and performance targets.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Demonstrate good communication and active listening skills.

Process Requirements

Voice Process

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.

Provide clear and professional verbal communication.

Resolve queries while maintaining call quality and productivity.

Chat Process

Handle multiple customer conversations through chat.

Provide quick, accurate, and grammatically correct responses.

Maintain response-time and customer satisfaction targets.

Blended Process

Handle both voice calls and chat interactions based on business requirements.

Flexibility to switch between channels while maintaining quality and productivity.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification

12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-service-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, if required.

Desired Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
