About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic and detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Intern to support our Accounts team in day-to-day billing, documentation and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in cross-checking Sales Orders with client Purchase Orders.

Assist in preparing Delivery Challans, Purchase Orders and Pro-forma Invoices.

Assist in verifying Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices.

Coordinate with vendors and the Dispatch team for challans and invoices.

Maintain daily Excel records and pending order data.

Assist in preparing E-way Bills and handling billing-related documentation.

Support month-end follow-ups for pending challans and activities.

Assist with billing-related emails and day-to-day Accounts operations.

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant Commerce/Finance course.

Basic knowledge of Tally and accounting concepts.

Basic understanding of billing and taxes preferred.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Email.

Good communication skills.

English and Marathi communication is required.

Freshers and candidates seeking practical Accounts/Billing exposure are welcome.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to learn.
