As part of its expansion, the company is strengthening its Production Planning & Control Department at its Bhosari, Pune location.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Production Planning & Control team. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to production planning, inventory management, production scheduling and manufacturing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the team in daily production planning activities.

Update production and inventory records.

Track daily production and prepare reports.

Coordinate with shop-floor teams for production updates.

Assist with ERP data entry and report preparation.

Support inventory verification and stock reconciliation.

Learn capacity planning and production scheduling.

Assist in continuous improvement activities.

Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduates and candidates who have passed out in recent years may apply.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
