About the Role

We are actively looking for a reliable and confident Salesforce Developer who has hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations and is comfortable interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Work on Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and development tasks.

Understand client requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.

Participate in client discussions and confidently explain implemented solutions.

Conduct or support client demos and presentations.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Collaborate with the internal team to deliver projects on time.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Good understanding of Salesforce platform and implementation processes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Confident in explaining technical solutions to clients.

Experience participating in client calls or demos is highly preferred.

Candidates should be reliable, proactive, willing to learn, and take ownership of their work.

Salesforce certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
