About this job

We are seeking a customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing solar team. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our residential/commercial solar clients and internal teams. You will assist clients with inquiry management, installation milestone tracking, basic troubleshooting of monitoring platforms, warranty/maintenance coordination, and post-installation follow-ups.
