- Staff Management
- Assign daily cleaning tasks, create staff work schedules, and monitor team productivity.
- Quality Control
- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to make sure they meet facility standards.
- Training
- Provide orientation and ongoing training for new and existing cleaning staff.
- Inventory Control
- Track cleaning supplies, manage stock levels, and order new equipment or materials as needed.
- Customer Service
- Address guest or client complaints quickly and coordinate special requests.
- Maintenance Coordination
- Report repair needs to the maintenance department and track progress.
