Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

Verify finished goods against Dispatch Instructions, Sales Orders, Invoices and Delivery Challans.

Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents and records.

Coordinate with the Stores, Production, Sales and Accounts teams for smooth dispatch activities.

Check product quantity, specifications, packing condition and labels before dispatch.

Assist in preparing packing lists, delivery challans, invoices and other dispatch documents.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers and logistics partners for vehicle arrangements and dispatch schedules.

Ensure proper loading and safe handling of finished goods to avoid damage during transportation.

Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle details and outward material records.

Track dispatched materials and coordinate with transporters regarding delivery status.

Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgement of delivered materials.

Assist in resolving dispatch-related issues such as shortages, delays, documentation errors and delivery discrepancies.

Maintain proper housekeeping and safety practices in the dispatch area.

Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and update Management/concerned departments.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Dispatch, Logistics and Warehouse Operations.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Knowledge of Invoice, DC, Packing List and Dispatch documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain accurate records and follow dispatch schedules.

Good attention to detail and time-management skills.

Ability to coordinate with transporters, drivers and internal departments.

Experience & Qualification

Experience

1–3 years in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse operations.

Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry will be preferred.

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma.

Candidates with experience in handling finished goods and dispatch documentation will be preferred.

₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
