Job Title

Car Garage CRM / System Operator

We are looking for a CRM / System Operator to manage daily garage operations through our Car Service CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Update customer and vehicle details in the CRM

Update vehicle service status and job progress regularly

Maintain and update Job Card details

Manage spare parts and inventory records

Update stock received, issued, and used during services

Maintain employee attendance and daily work records

Update service completion, vehicle delivery, and payment status

Maintain accurate customer and service history

Generate and check basic CRM reports

Coordinate with the garage/service team to ensure timely system updates

Ensure all information entered into the CRM is accurate and up to date

Requirements

Basic computer and system knowledge

Good data entry skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to learn and operate CRM/ERP software

Basic understanding of car service/garage operations is preferred

Good communication and attention to detail

Previous CRM/ERP experience is an advantage

Experience

0–2 years

Freshers with basic computer knowledge can also apply.

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
