Job Description

Frameboxx is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Anna Nagar centre.

The role involves connecting with potential students, explaining our courses, following up with leads, and generating walk-ins and admissions for the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to potential students and leads.

Understand student requirements and explain suitable courses.

Generate and convert leads into centre walk-ins.

Follow up regularly with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

Coordinate with the counselling and centre team to ensure smooth student visits.

Achieve daily and monthly calling, walk-in, and admission targets.

Reconnect with old and inactive leads to generate new opportunities.

Handle student queries and provide basic information about courses, fees, and career opportunities.

Maintain good communication and build relationships with prospective students.

Work closely with the centre team to achieve overall business targets.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, business development, sales, or education counselling.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.

Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of results.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
