Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly, implementing effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.

Conduct inspections and testing of facility systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational transparency and planning.

Collaborate with facility management and external vendors to coordinate specialized repairs and upgrades.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures during maintenance and repair tasks.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact on facility operations.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and standards.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members as needed.

Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements and regulatory changes.
