Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and inspect pre-owned mobile phones and electronic devices
- Identify device models, brands and technical issues
- Assess device condition and offer the appropriate buyback price
- Convert customers looking to sell or exchange their old devices
- Handle customers and provide a good store experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Mobile Sales / Mobile Service
- Good knowledge of mobile phones and electronics
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Technical knowledge of devices preferred
