Job Responsibilities

Assist in preparing Chinese dishes as per company recipes and standards.

Support the Commis Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Prepare and arrange ingredients required for cooking.

Maintain food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.

Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Assist with stock handling and proper storage of ingredients.

Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations.

Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager/Chef.

Requirements

Prior experience in Chinese cuisine is preferred for the Commis position.

Fresher candidates with a willingness to learn may also apply for the Helper position.

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Good teamwork and discipline.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
