Job Responsibilities

Prepare rotis, naan, paratha and other Indian breads as per company standards.

Prepare and portion dough and ingredients as required.

Ensure proper cooking, texture, taste, and presentation of breads.

Assist in the preparation of other kitchen items when required.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.

Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Properly handle and store ingredients.

Assist the kitchen team during peak hours.

Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in clean and proper condition.

Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager/Chef.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Roti Maker/Indian Bread Commis is preferred.

Fresher candidates may apply for the Helper position and will be trained.

Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
