Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive for our Travel & Tourism company who can communicate with customers over the phone, understand their travel requirements, provide suitable tour packages, and assist in generating bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain Travel Packages, Holiday Packages, and Tour Plans.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

Understand customers' travel requirements, budget, and preferences.

Suggest suitable domestic and international tour packages.

Provide complete information about packages, itineraries, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, etc.

Regularly follow up with interested customers.

Convert leads into bookings and increase sales.

Maintain customer details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with customers before and after booking.

Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.

Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Required Skills

Good English and Hindi communication skills.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-handling and sales skills.

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Interest in the travel industry and willingness to learn about new destinations and packages.

Preferred Qualifications

12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience in Travel & Tourism, Sales, Hospitality, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
