Key Responsibilities
Manage daily B2B & D2C dispatches, transportation planning and shipment movement
Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, warehouse, sales & accounts
Monitor deliveries, NDRs, RTO, PODs and shipment tracking
Manage freight costs, invoice reconciliation and logistics documentation
Track TAT, OTIF, RTO & transporter/courier performance
Identify bottlenecks and improve logistics efficiency & cost control
Must Have
- 3–4 years relevant experience in B2B, D2C, Logistics / E-commerce
- Strong knowledge of transportation & courier management
- Experience in RTO handling, transporter coordination & freight reconciliation
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication, negotiation & coordination skills
