BAR SERVER / WAITER

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve drinks, food, and snacks to customers.
• Know the basic menu and beverage options.
• Coordinate with the bartender and kitchen for timely orders.
• Keep tables, bar area, and service area clean and organized.
• Check on customers regularly and attend to their requirements.
• Handle bills and payments carefully when required.
• Follow proper hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
• Ensure responsible and safe service of alcoholic beverages as per company rules.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and closing duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Server / Waiter preferred.
• Fresher candidates with good communication and a service attitude can also apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings/weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
