Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.

Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

Follow company SOPs, quality standards and call-handling procedures.

Record and update customer information and call details in the system.

Achieve assigned quality, productivity and customer-service targets.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain proper attendance and adherence to shift schedules.

For sales processes, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

HSC pass or Graduate from any recognized institute.

Freshers can apply; prior BPO/customer-service experience is an advantage.

Good verbal communication skills.

Good English communication is required for international voice processes.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-focused attitude with good listening skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts for international processes.

Willing to work from the Western Mumbai location.

Shift & Working Days

5 working days per week for many international processes.

2 rotational week-offs.

Rotational/US/night shifts may apply depending on the process.
