Documentation Executive - Import Clearance

• Obtaining NOC, Data Maintain, Document Maintenance for NOC's from Central Drug Controller.
• Coordination with overseas supplier for execution of Import Shipment by Air & Sea starting from Document Scrutiny till Delivery upto warehouse.
• Incoterms Handling.
• Co Ordination with Freight Forwarder / Shipping Company / CHA for execution of the shipment as per given timeline.
• Coordinate with Courier Companies for timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Monitor performance metrics such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), transit time, and cost efficiency.
• Plan and oversee inbound and outbound shipments under SAP Module.
• Maintain documentation such as shipping invoices & PODs (Proof of Delivery).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Documentation, Operations, Accounts and Billing) to align logistics with business needs.
• Track the transit & under clearance shipments.
• Conduct audits of third-party Agencies.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports on Excel & PPT (daily/monthly/quarterly).
• Attending Monthly KPI / Quarterly Review Meetings.

Requirements

Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in 3 P/L coordination or logistics operations

Knowledge of Customs Clearance , Supply Chain , freight forwarding, warehousing, and inventory systems

Familiarity with SAP/logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS) , Microsoft Excel / Word , Powerpoint

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
