About this job

We are looking for a fresher/entry-level Programme Coordinator to support the execution of our Financial Literacy Programmes across schools and institutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with schools, trainers, students and internal teams for smooth programme execution.

Prepare and manage training schedules, attendance and session records.

Coordinate with trainers regarding session timings, content and requirements.

Follow up with schools and trainers on pending activities and schedules.

Track sessions conducted, student participation and programme progress.

Collect and maintain feedback, assessments and programme reports.

Prepare basic MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Support the team in organising financial literacy activities, workshops and events.

Identify operational issues and escalate them to the senior team.

Ensure all programme documentation is maintained properly.

Requirements

Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply.

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Good follow-up and organisational skills.

Comfortable interacting with schools, teachers, trainers and students.

Candidates interested in education, training and financial literacy will be preferred.

Pay
₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
