About this job
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns
Monitor and optimize campaign performance
Analyze metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and ROAS
Conduct audience and competitor research
A/B test creatives, ad copies, and audiences
Track leads, conversions, and campaign results
Prepare regular performance reports
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives
Requirements
1+ year of experience in performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics
Analytical and data-driven approach
Good communication and problem-solving skills
